It was really by accident that I became involved in the entertainment industry. I never even thought about being an actor as a career. In the world where I was from, there were no actors. I didn’t even know it was a possibility.

Elida is my favorite character that I have ever played. She has a very hard exterior, but is actually a very warm and sweet person on the inside.

I put myself on tape at home with my husband and after hearing they liked my tape I just went in to meet all the creatives for a chat. I was absolutely stoked when I heard I’d got the job as I loved The Favourite!

The theme in the movie ‘Good Morning Vietnam’ is exactly what I am trying to achieve. Entertainment exists as a form of escapism, and I crave to better people’s lives by entertaining them.

I knew The Baby-Sitters Club was the right fit for me as soon as I read my audition scene. Stacey values her friendships with the other girls, and that’s something that I find true for myself.

I think the most important thing an actor, especially an aspiring one, should do is to get training. If you want to do this as a career, you need to have a clear foundation of what acting is and what you need to improve in order to be good.

If I can spark joy or any other type of feeling in someone’s heart, even for like 3 seconds a couple of times and have that be seen by somebody, I feel like I’ll be happy.

To be completely frank, I'm just trying to save the Planet. My plan is to use the power of this platform I’ve earned  and leverage that to raise awareness and make a positive difference for the environment. We have to wake up and realize how fortunate we are to be living on this Planet. We are not taking care of it as a human race and instead destroying it.
